We are looking for an ambitious AI/ML Software Engineer to join our remote team focused on adopting cutting-edge techniques into production processes and helping Voovio scale according to market demand. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions from concept to production.

• Develop, integrate, and operationalize ML models and algorithms in cloud environment.
• Optimize model performance to meet production criteria.
• Drive the adoption of cloud technologies and MLOps practices within the AI team, optimizing deployment and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor and help to grow a team of ML engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience with AI projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or other object-oriented programming language.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex, ambiguous projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a related field.
• B2 level of English.
• Located in Spain.
